Description
The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 35, Marc Lombard design - is a fast cruiser/racer with a potential 8 to 9 berths. This 2005 model (late 2004 maunufacture) example is in great order having been well maintained by her previous two owners. Three double cabins and single heads - with berths for an additional 3 in the saloon.
She will provide comfortable and reliable cruising and easily handled by a couple. She has been with the current and 2nd owner since 2007 before which she had very little use.  Polished and antifouled June 2023.

Two double aft cabins
Heads with sea toilet, shower, wash-hand basin with pressurised hot and cold water. Wet locker and ample storage. Jabsco pump replaced 2021.
Galley: this is "L" shaped to starboard aft of the saloon. Gas stove with two hobs and oven. Microwave oven. Two stainless steel sinks with mixer faucet with pressurised hot and cold water. Top-loader fridge
Double forecabin in V-berth configuration.
Saloon: Light and airey with plenty of quality teak in evidence. The saloon sole is in good condition with the soft furnishings pretty much as new with very little sign of wear. The table will seat a full crew and converts to a double berth when required. The table also expands for greater capacity - it can also be raised to give good locker access and for easier cleaning. The third single berth in the saloon is to port and a bit short but fine for a youngster.
The cabin berths all have dry-mat, mattress covers/toppers, duvets, duvets covers, sheets and matching pillow cases - see photos.
